Pu-Ot Caravan Company

The Pu-Ot Caravan Company is reputable caravan lead by the half-elf Altorin Puotaruan. Having been in operation since Eldir 849 PC he has been around most of the Atran League and has shipped tons of goods by road.

Members

The Caravan has 10 core members with 8 wagons.

• Altorin Puotaruan, Helin Puotaruan, Herrik Puotaruan. Altorin and Helin are married, and lead the caravan together. Altorin rides in front and talks business while Helin manages finances and keeps a pulse on the overall caravan sentiment. Herrik is their son and general rascal. They ride in a single, large wagon that doubles as their home.
• Learna is in charge of security for the Caravan. She rides second in the group, her wagon serving partially as her home and partially as goods transport.
• Hulvern Dreamdown and Sarla Dreamdown. A father and daughter traveling merchants. Their two wagons are coupled together, though can be removed. Their wife and mother passed away a few years ago.
• Herkian Dultho, a firbolg medicin maker. His wagon is small for his size but allows for all his needs in storing and preparing both traditional firbolg medicine and the application of alchemical theory to craft potions.
• Inaleo Rockjumper, a goliath fortune teller. She is gruff and acts mysterious to customers, but quite friendly and more open to those in the caravan.
• Dolnik Stoutblood and Karrik Stoutblood. Two brothers with a dream of making it rich by buying low and selling high. They both ride separate wagons, simply for storing capacity.

While most members of the caravan know how to fight, they tend to want to bolster their numbers to scare off any would-be thieves.

Routes

The Pu-Ot Caravan serves several routes, depending on what to deliver or who contracts have been signed with. Most of these start from Sudher.

• Travel times assume 8 hours a day with an average of 38km/day.

Suhder-Valgen-Bazit

From Suhder to Valgen and then back up north to Bazit and back. Total Travel time: 57 days assuming fair weather.

Suhder to Mermuth

• Roughly 400km
• 11 days with fair weather.
• 2 day stop in Mermuth.

Mermuth to Valgen

• Roughly 350km
• 10 days with fair weather, with the last two days being especially slow due to steep climbs.
• 2 day stop in Valgen

Valgen to Bazit

• Roughly 550km
• 18 days with fair weather. The longest and slowest route due to the occasionally narrow bits of road.
• 3 day stop in Bazit

Valgen to Bazit

• Roughly 400km
• 11 days with fair weather.

Tour de Inmer

From Suhder heading south-east to Mermuth, Pinst, Rivemont, and Trepun back up to Suhder. Total travel time: 63 days, assuming fair weather.

Suhder to Mermuth

• Roughly 400km
• 11 days with fair weather.
• 2 day stop in Mermuth.

Mermuth to Pinst

• Roughly 300km
• 8 days with fair weather
• 2 day stop in Pinst

Pinst to Rivemont

• Roughly 300km
• 8 days with fair weather
• 2 day stop in Rivemont

Rivemont to Trepun

• Roughly 500km
• 14 days with fair weather
• 2 day stop in Trepun

Trepun to Suhder

• Roughly 500km
• 14 days with fair weather
• Rest at least a week until however long it takes to find a new job
