	The Vagrant does not truly exist. It is a façade based on forced rumors and rampant speculation. It ~~was started by a small group of powerful individuals from different walks of life with the~~ purpose ~~of manipulation on a micro~~ to ~~macro scale. In essence,~~ the ~~Vagrant is a tool~~ to ~~be used at the discretion of~~ those that ~~invented it - or those brave enough~~ to ~~fake being part of it~~.
