	~~Quick to their feet, the~~ party ~~ran out with their weapons drawn and met up with~~ the ~~leader~~ of the ~~local guards,~~ a ~~Dragonborn man called Tzartan, who they helped fend off this party of raiders~~.		*The party battled many goblins and hob goblins, and Sizzle was killed in action inside the hideout.

	The ~~raiders, however, turned out to be well equipped. Their leader, a hobgoblin, was throwing magic around~~ and ~~managed to escape as the last survivor~~.

	The party ~~went to question the local [[Arcanist]]~~, ~~a hobgoblin named [[Kavrel]]. Her door was quickly kicked out of its hinges~~ and ~~the Arcanist accused of aiding the raiders, which she denied. After what could only be called an interrogation the party~~ was ~~told that they might have better luck~~ in the ~~nearby ruins. Paying for the repair of her door, they agreed it would likely be best to pursue this lead - considering it was their only one.~~
