Acting under what he called the blessing of Bahamut Hrak marched into the Council Palace, arrested the Council on grounds of treason against the gods by allowing enemies of Suhder to claim its sovereign territory. Hrak then replaced the Council with new members, handpicked by him while adhering to the criteria of the Council's traditions. This council appointed him with a single directive; to protect Sudherian sovereignty by whatever measures he thought necessary. 			For the next 37 years Suhder continued to push its borders further and further, though the speed of the advance had gradually come to a stop. Soon both the Trepun Hegemony and Bazition Kingdom had capitulated under the condition their rulers would keep limited autonomy over their former states while outlawing standing armies under their control. The increased strain on the Sudher armies stretched them much more thin, however. The newly established borders up against the territories of the Pinst republic especially left large swaths of land undefended against invasion, despite height advantage with the
			especially on the eastern front in defending territory against the Pinst republic and across the Inmer against the Qinric Imperialists.
			Over this time period a number of smaller skirmishes would take place, but overall the borders had started to solidify on both sides. This all changed with the Pinst-Qinric-Mohnian alliance, however. The two states were able to combine forces to push back hard across the Inmer and the
