The Akthor family is part of the wealthy merchant circle in Trepun. They own a small fleet of merchant vessels that sail around the Inmer and Brightreef Coast delivering goods of any kind. The Akthor public reputation is one of honest business; through generous deals they are a favorite amongst many with wares to sell. Privately, they are cutthroat and support their business by cornering weaker markets, tactically timed bribes, and a number of public servants in their pocket.
